Big Joe’s Customs Privacy Policy

Big Joe’s Customs, LLC (“Big Joe’s Customs,” “BJC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our customers, website visitors, employees, and authorized users of our business software. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information in connection with our website, motorcycle service operations, Big Joe’s Customs Shop Manager software, and connected third-party services.

2. QuickBooks Online Information

Big Joe’s Customs Shop Manager may connect to Intuit QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized APIs.

When an authorized user connects QuickBooks Online, the software may access or process information necessary to support Big Joe’s Customs business operations, including:

  • QuickBooks company information

  • Customer records

  • Customer identifiers

  • Products and services

  • Estimates

  • Invoices

  • Payment and transaction status information

  • Related accounting identifiers and synchronization information

QuickBooks information is accessed only for legitimate Big Joe’s Customs business functions and only after an authorized user connects the appropriate QuickBooks Online company.

We do not sell QuickBooks data, use QuickBooks data for third-party advertising, or provide unauthorized third parties with access to a connected QuickBooks company.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Schedule appointments

  • Identify customers and motorcycles

  • Prepare estimates and work orders

  • Obtain repair authorizations

  • Perform and document service inspections

  • Communicate with customers

  • Maintain service history

  • Prepare invoices and related financial records

  • Synchronize authorized information with QuickBooks Online

  • Process business transactions

  • Maintain internal accounting and operational records

  • Improve our services and business systems

  • Protect against fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access

4. Connected Services and Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to support business operations. Depending on the service being performed, these providers may process information on our behalf.

  • Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting and financial operations

  • DocuSign for electronic signatures and authorizations

  • Google services for authorized communications or application integrations

5. OAuth Credentials and Account Access

Connections to services such as QuickBooks Online may use OAuth authorization.

Big Joe’s Customs does not require users to provide their QuickBooks password directly to Shop Manager. Authentication is performed through the applicable third-party authorization service.

Authorization tokens and other integration credentials are maintained using security mechanisms appropriate to the system on which the software operates.

Users may revoke third-party access through the applicable provider, including through their Intuit account where supported.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary:

  • To provide requested products or services

  • To authorized service providers

  • To complete accounting or financial operations

  • With the customer’s consent

  • To protect Big Joe’s Customs, our customers, or others

  • To investigate fraud or unauthorized activity

  • To comply with subpoenas, court orders, laws, or other legal obligations

  • In connection with a sale, merger, restructuring, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law

7. Data Security
