Big Joe’s Customs Shop Manager — End-User License Agreement

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Big Joe’s Customs Shop Manager software (“Software”), operated by Big Joe’s Customs, LLC.

1. Authorized Use
The Software is provided for authorized business use by Big Joe’s Customs, LLC and its approved users. Users may access and use the Software only for legitimate business purposes.

2. QuickBooks Integration
The Software may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized application programming interfaces. Access to QuickBooks information is limited to functions required to support Big Joe’s Customs business operations, including customer, product/service, estimate, invoice, and related accounting workflows.

3. Account Authorization
Users must have appropriate authority to connect a QuickBooks Online company to the Software. QuickBooks access may be disconnected or revoked at any time through applicable Intuit or Software controls.

4. Data and Security
Users must protect account credentials and may not attempt to bypass security controls, access unauthorized information, or use the Software for unlawful purposes.

5. Ownership
The Software and its associated materials are owned by Big Joe’s Customs, LLC. No ownership rights are transferred by use of the Software.

6. Restrictions
Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the Software except as expressly authorized by Big Joe’s Customs, LLC.

7. Availability and Disclaimer
The Software is provided for business operations and may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued by Big Joe’s Customs, LLC. To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.

8. Third-Party Services
The Software may integrate with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third party’s terms and privacy policies.

9. Termination
Big Joe’s Customs, LLC may revoke access to the Software at any time. Upon termination of authorization, the user must cease using the Software.
